7/9 Frankfort market will be closed for a city event. That said, we will still be in Frankfort for share pickup!
Here’s some information about how we will handle this market closing w.r.t. CSA pickup:
We will support share pickup for the normal window hours, 9 AM to 1 PM
The pickup will be at the Jewel-Osco at Frankfort Crossing, 21164 South La Grange Road, Frankfort, IL 60423 (southwest of the corner of Route 45 and Route 30)
Look for the white box truck - the shares will be available in the back of the truck - there will be a note on the back of the truck indicating that you are indeed at the right place :)
If you signed up prior to January 1st (Early Bird), your remaining balance is $180.
If you signed up after January 1st, your remaining balance is $205.
I'm unable to pick up my share this week - can I send someone else to pick up my share?
Absolutely! Let your substitute know about the timeframe for pickup and you're good to go.
I'm unable to pick up my share this week, may I schedule a makeup share?
We understand that sometimes a scheduling change or vacation may interrupt your share pickup - no problem! We can arrange for a makeup share later in the season to accommodate. Please contact Marty or Mark at least 48 hours prior to pickup and we'll hold your share for the week and make it up later.
What do I do with all these empty boxes?
Please return your folded boxes to your pickup site. We reuse them at the farm, and with your box return the farm sees a huge reduction in expenses. We've coordinated with the pickup sites to make sure that they're ready to pick up shares.
Can I visit the farm?
We're happy to have visitors at the farm! If you'd like to see several hands hard at work and Illinois' organic fields, please contact Marty or Mark.
